Blue Ribbon Celebration – Things to Know
Who can attend?
This event is intended for adults who will be participating from home. Every guest must have a paid reservation in order to receive a link to the event. Your registration also provides access to online bidding, raffles, and scavenger hunt.
What are the hours for the event?
6:00-8:30pm
We’re new to the school this year. We don’t know many people. Should we attend?
Yes; this is a fun evening with lots of do. This is a VIRTUAL event that will be hosted from the school with remote location visits to various house parties. At a minimum, we encourage you to participate from home, have a few drinks, and a fabulous time. Why not? Host your own watch party with your new friends.
What should I wear?
For this event – almost anything goes.
How do I pay for my reservation?
Reservations must be made by 4/23/21. Discounted registration is available through March 31, 2021.Please purchase on the Event Registration Page. You can also pre-order a signature drink kit and cupcakes. Guests may pay with a credit card on the auction website.
What is there to do at the gala?
You can host your own watch party (all guests must be registered to participate)
There are online silent auction items at all price points.
Exciting activities such as:
- Cupcake Reveal Raffle (purchase cupcakes in advance for a chance to win $250 and other prizes)
- Kendra Scott Jewelry pull (purchase during the online auction)
- Wine Pull (purchase during online during the auction)
- Luxury Jewelry Raffle (purchase online during the auction)
- A silent auction to participate in; bidding on mobile devices (cell phones & ipads)
Optional purchases include – Signature Drinks kits, catering menu and dessert cupcakes (purchase in advance)
What happens if I win something in the auction? How do I pay for my purchases?
Please pre-register your credit card when making your reservation. Purchases you make during the evening will automatically be charged to your cc (the information is kept on file until the event is over. It is then deleted for your security
All auction purchase, include the wine, and jewelry, will be available for pickup at the school office during regular hours, April 26-30.
Are my purchases or donation tax deductible?
Cash donations are tax deductible. All or part of the value of items that are purchased may be tax deductible. Please consult with your tax advisor.

What if I’m a volunteer?
We need lots of volunteers to make this event a success. Volunteers do not need a ticket this year but you do need a ticket if you want to bid on items or participate in activities.

Many volunteers are needed to make this event a success AND it’s lots of fun to participate. Please contact Marsha if you would like to help with planning the party, set-up the day before and day of the event, and clean up the day after the event. Your hours will count towards your family’s 15 hours school service hours requirement.
